Therapy Approach:

My therapeutic approach is a person centered, wholistic plan to help drive change and maintain gains made. Initially, I focus on Cognitive techniques to eliminate distortions in thinking that limit change. I also use solution focused to assist in discovering strengths so that the individual can build on their previous and future success. Ultimately, a mindful, focused journey to grounding helps to maintain confidence.
This approach is an eclectic and adapted to individual needs. I always work to be present and predictable in my work with individuals and families seeking change and ultimately happiness.

Strength:

I have an intense belief that every person has the ability to change- this allows me to stay steadfast in my efforts to help others What I do well. I am an intuitive therapist who has learned to meet the client where they are and ask the right questions to help to move them to actions that bring positive change.
